Mia Raja joined The Tab in 2022, initially writing a piece for The UK Tab. Later that year she became Features Editor for The Leeds lab, editing, writing and interviewing for the site. In May 2023 she interned at The UK Tab office, contributing both News and Guides pieces. In 2023-2024 Mia spent time abroad in Spain writing and translating for the Valencian media site, 24/7 Valencia, before taking on her current role as Editor-in-Chief of The Leeds Tab.
Mia is in her fourth and final year at the University of Leeds, studying BA English Literature. During her third year Mia studied abroad at the University of Valencia. Mia speaks Spanish, French, English and Gujarati.
